Jenny Brugnolotti-Barrier
From Trinity Park to Parkwood , I have renovated houses all over Durham. I know how to appreciate the diverse neighborhoods that Durham has to offer and would love the opportunity to learn about you and help you find the perfect place to call home. After five years of designing kitchens and baths, I understand all kinds of houses and styles. Let me use my connections and my background in construction to help you make an educated decision about your investment! I love my job and I love my clients. As buyer’s agent or seller’s agent, I put my clients’ needs first and love to come up with creative solutions to help them realize their dreams.
I have a BA in Studio Art from The Catholic University of America, and I spend my free time as a jeweler and a painter. I also love to garden, cook and play with my four perfect nephews. I’m currently renovating a 1960 ranch in Parkwood with my husband, Robert and our new puppy, Oliver.

Claire and Harold Slaughter
Claire and Harold Slaughter were high school sweethearts in Durham, NC who went their separate ways and then found each other again a few years ago. Claire went to college in Raleigh, then graduate school in New Jersey before returning south and raising her family in North Carolina. She had a successful career in health insurance sales and management before turning her previously part-time passion for real estate into a full time calling. Her experience negotiating contracts in her first career has given her real estate clients an edge when she is helping them buy and sell their homes. Harold spent time in the Army before finishing college and beginning a career in banking. He lived all over North Carolina while raising his family, returning to the Triangle in 2004 to marry Claire. Along the way he learned mortgage, construction and development lending that he now puts to use everyday for his clients. He also owned a custom cabinet company and earned a kitchen and bath design certification. Between them, Claire and Harold have five daughters and one small Westie. They live in the Trinity Park neighborhood of Durham and sell homes all over the Triangle area.
